Shipping Information:
- Orders placed before 3pm Eastern Standard Time will ship the same day* (Monday-Friday, Holidays Excluded)
- Orders under $200 Typically ship using Economy Shipping Services (See Map For Expected Delivery Time)
- Orders Over $200 Typically ship using either Fedex or UPS Ground (See Map for Expected Delivery Time)
- Marker Only Orders Valued at $500 or More Typically Ship Using Fedex 2-Day Air (unless ground is same or faster time)
- Orders over $750 are sent with Adult Signature Required unless requested otherwise (add a note to your order)
- Orders with a value of $24.95 and up ship for free
- Orders with a value under $24.95 have a $4.95 flat shipping charge
* If your billing and shipping address is NOT the same, the order can be delayed by 1-5 days depending on the issue. It is best practice to ship to the billing address, but we understand this is not always possible. When placing a order where the billing and shipping addresses do not match, the best way to get your order processed is by placing the order by phone.
Return Information: We offer Hassle Free Returns on all new items. Items returned in new condition will receive a 100% refund and we provide a Pre-Paid Return Shipping Label. Returns should be approved 30 days from the day you receive your package. Contact the Trademygun Team for a pre-paid return shipping label. Returns of used items are not accepted. Our used items come with a 30-day warranty and will be fixed and returned to you free of charge. If we are unable to fix a used item we will apply 100% of your invoice total towards a new purchase or issue you a full refund - Your Choice!
